Since we are unable to verify if products have been opened, we are unable to accept any returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 3 days, including the date of delivery, to notify us of any issues regarding your order so that we can investigate and/or open a claim with USPS. We will need photos of items, shipping boxes, and labels. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have experienced an issue due to the handling of shipping please contact USPS. Otherwise, an invoice can be emailed to you for shipping and handling; once fulfilled your new order will be shipped out.
We understand that life can change quickly, and mistakes happen and with that, your pending order may require an adjustment. It is our pleasure to help you with your needs, just email us with your name and order number and we will be happy to correct your order. Once the order has shipped we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Standard Shipping - Please allow 3 - 6 business days for delivery.
Priority Mail - Please allow 2 - 4 business days for delivery.
Priority Express - Please allow 1 - 2 business days for delivery.
Orders have 1 to 5 business days of processing time upon receipt of order.
The shipping method applies once the customer selects it and has shipped. All orders come with free tracking via email.
We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.
We currently ship Worldwide.
No shipping on Sundays or Holidays.
Shipping rates and estimated arrival times can be seen during checkout. Customs Duties and Taxes will be charged in addition to the shipping fees and will need to be paid during delivery to your local authorities if applicable.
